The Greensview Elementary School project encompassed a total of 125,000 square feet, including a new 76,000-square-foot addition and the renovation of an original 49,000 square feet of existing school space. The addition included CMU foundations, above-grade exterior CMU walls, and interior CMU walls, serving various structural and functional purposes throughout the construction.
The veneer design showcased a Modular brick veneer adorned with multiple accent bands and panels, presenting an aesthetically pleasing blend of colors and patterns that enhanced the building's exterior.
During the existing building renovation, strategic repositioning of interior CMU walls and openings occurred to optimize space functionality and traffic flow. Additionally, a newly designed entry area served as a seamless transition point, seamlessly guiding visitors into the new addition while complementing the overall architectural aesthetics.
